New concrete needs water to cure and you ran a dehumidifier there to dry the wall, which is not so good for the concrere to cure properly.

Great narrative video but as a cement lab chemist for the love of god make your workers wear a mask during spraying and mixing of cement. We make masonry cement with a portion of it coming from slag. Slag is high in metallic toxins and radioactive decay. Wearing a mask is non negotiable my man!

Concrete waits for no man…That bullnose edging looks great ! Reminds of my pool building days back in the early 1980’s through 2001. I used to install California style precast concrete coping (White with a bullnose top edge for swimmers to grab onto )

Nice job. Having slipped on smooth concrete this afternoon and many times b4, can't recommend the smooth finish. Although it always Looks the best. Had flip flops on, walked across wet grass, opened my roller door, put 1 foot inside then turned to see where my dog was and almost did the splits.

What kind of additives do you use to make the concrete harden so quickly and you can quickly remove the formwork?
