it's not encrypted, your laptop drive is a DVD, the PS5 game is a Blu-Ray disc. You need a Blu-ray drive to read a PS5 game

Your PC can't read Blu-ray discs, that's why the PS5 disc couldn't be read, Sony started to use Blu-ray discs since the PS3 era. The PS2 are DVD and the PS1 are CD (same goes for some PS2 games that are blue)
