The funny thing is CG in 2.0 actually wanted that mansion, but the owner never would sell it. Also, Chang Gang is more of a Mafia with a mix of a gang and has always been that way. Even when CB/LB was a Southside gang, so it does make sense for them to have a mansion, and they actually have had 3+ mansions before the Clean Manor existed, so there's no need to gatekeep. it's just that CB has always been more favored and had more stuff built for them, in a way, a shorter amount of time.

I like that the cops have the ability to go hard when needed (Vault, cop kidnapping, etc.) because it makes those situations that much better. With that said, they 100% need to tone down responses to the lesser crimes, heists, etc. The boosting thing has now turned into basically daily vault response not just a normal stolen car. Doesn't make sense that they send 5 cars for a "boosted" car but not for all the stolen cars people ride around in daily. Also, the crims didn't really stop the crime progression, the devs did by not having the next step in the vault, yacht, casino heist implemented into the server. This big lag since the yacht is going to take the hype out of the casino heist when it comes in my opinion. But I get what you are saying, lots of crims are focusing on business since crime is pointless right now.

You just said there needs to be a balance. Exactly. So don't show up with 2 interceptors and 4 cvpis for a fist fight. You say you disagree but then agreed with his point. And the crim progression didn't stop because it got harder, it stopped because it got several time more expensive and it just doesn't seem worth it at the moment. It's easier and more worth while to boost cars than to hit a vault, so why waste the $200k+ it costs to attempt a vault and just boost cars and hit the jewelry store. His point is that you could jaywalk or you could shoot up MRPD and have the same response from the police. They need to work on balancing their response is all.

And no they need to balance more than just that. I am not go on and explain to what they need to balance cause there too many and I am really bored so bye.

I think the problem has always been the PD. Sometimes they go all out with 20 cops and catch every crim for even the pettiest of crimes. Then other times they can't stay in the chase for more than 2 turns on the block. Sometimes the PD goes so hard that the crim 4 man rule seems to limiting, other times cops are so incompetent that even 1 guy by himself is too much for them. The problem is that being a cop is very limiting for your gaming experience as a player. Crims can quit crime if they really want to and make a business or work a regular job. But cops are forced to always stop crime, even if they don't want to. There's cops that just like to RP throughout the city, there's others that love the law side and politics of the PD with meetings, and there's others that love the action of chasing and stopping crimes. The problem with that is that if the cops are on duty, they need to do their jobs, which may not be fun to them on the player side of things. This is when we get either a thousand of sheep cops following a random chase, or we get hardcore cops abusing their power. There needs to be more legal things that the cops can do for fun so that they dont take it out on the crims, and they make space on duty for cops who actually want to stop crimes

The fact that cops can shoot and kill hostages even just to catch the criminal shows that its not even roleplay, this is more like apb reloaded. So yea cops are too op and there should be balance.

If I remember correctly, this specific instance they received almost a full force chase/pursuit because he threw a stack of cash at a cop and then got a warrant. Regardless of this instance, like K said, if you get in a fist fight you shouldn't have 5 cops chasing you with ramming/pitting like you would if you had just robbed a bank. The police have zero discretion and/or levels of force other than all or nothing.
