I have applied without any explanation and has given his name as per his passport. Sanjay Kumar Gupta. Since it was just the middle name missing. You can do 2 things. Either you can apply just like this without any explanation. Or You can apply normally however just add some info in your additional documents saying that both name are same and attach proof like both passports. Or you might get a same name affidavit and add that in your additional info document. Use his passport name everywhere since it is his Visa. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe :)

You can purchase the heath insurance at any time. For sister, you may buy one cheap refundable insurance just for visa application sake, and then buy a proper health insurance once the visa is approved. Internet response: please validate by yourself: To fill out the Use of a Representative form (IMM5476) for your child who is less than a year old, follow these steps: 1. Section A: Applicant Information • Question 1: Enter your child’s information as the principal applicant. This includes their full name, date of birth, and other personal details. 2. Section B: Appointing a Representative • Question 2: Enter your information (as the parent) since you will be acting on behalf of your child. • Question 3: Indicate that you are an unpaid representative, as parents typically act on behalf of their children without payment. 3. Section C: Your Representative’s Contact Information • Provide your contact details, including your address, phone number, and email address. 4. Section D: Your Representative’s Declaration • Sign and date this section to declare your consent to act as your child’s representative. 5. Section E: Applicant’s Declaration • Sign on behalf of your child in this section, as they are underage and cannot sign themselves. Make sure all the information is accurate and complete to avoid any delays in the application process. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask! Hope this helps!

    • @canadadreamers_
      @canadadreamers_ Před 21 dnem

      Hello, thanks for watching. You might need a same name affidavit mentioning that both names address the same person. And add any other relevant documents to support your claim. You can find the same name affidavit format on the internet. If the name is slightly different then you can just explain this in your own words. This form also has option to fill the maiden name, so you can say that on mother’s documents it’s the maiden name (name before her marriage) and your husband has name after marriage, or vice versa. No proof is required for this. I have shown this in video for my mother-in-law name section. Also my father has Kumar as middle name in his all documents whereas ad per my documents my father doesn’t have any middle name. So I haven’t given any reason for this. Hope this helps. Thank you! I have a question. For the period between my studies and the issuance of my work permit, how should this be filled out on the form? My student visa was still valid, but my studies had finished. What was my status that I should indicate on the form?

    In Minute 46 you should have written not applicable?

      That's tricky! some says that you can fill the sponsor's travel history, some says you dont have to. I chose to fill the details anyway, and had no issues in the application processing. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe :)

    Hi, thank you for the help you're providing. If my father is the principal applicant and is applying with my mother without a representative what should he answer to the questions are you applying on behalf of someone else? Is it yes because he's applying for my mother too? Or is that question only in case a third party is applying for them? Thank you!

    • @canadadreamers_
      @canadadreamers_ Před měsícem

      you can say no, becasue your mother and father are applying by themselves, dont mention anywhere that your father filled details for your mother too. Make the application like they both filled the information individually by themselve. and prepare proofs based on that. hope this helps. please like share and subscribe :)

    Thanks for the video. We have applied visitor visa for my husband and my two kids. But I filled by miself and I pay the fee just one because I forgot to add my husband and kids to pay the fee in the ircc portal, and just received my biometrics but didn't get them. What should I do?

      hi, i dont know in this case. contact ircc using webform or call them. see if you can pay the remaining fees? ideally it asks the total payment in the end.

      Hello thanks for watching. Well I was in india after the marriage and at that time I started filling out all the forms. The sponsor is supposed to be in Canada while submitting the application. That’s why it took me around 3 months after my marriage to apply for this application.

      hi, you can prepare an additional document, say: letter of explanation_address history. mention the form name and number there for reference, mention the section number A/B/C.../H and then write the full address for those which you could not write in the form. write in same format and lines as in the forms. hope this is helpful. please like share and subscribe :)

    Don’t be oversmart bro..if says not include the travel from your country of residence and citizenship then don’t..it creates problem while assessing the application. Know it from some reliable sources.

      Sounds good. When I was filling the application, many of us filled that info and had no issues on processing time or outcome of visa application. People are always welcome to cross verify through details I have filled in my videos as those are only based on my experience (successfully received PR), and i have already mentioned in my videos that I am not any licensed agents. Hope this helps :)

      Not able to download or not able to open? These imm forms only open in adobe pdf software. If not able to download, go to the link again from official IRCC page. Make sure you don’t download the older version. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe:)
