ok hi the algorithm recommended this to me and usually I don't click on the videos with 100 views of people I don't know but I am so glad I did! everything you said at the beginning I related to at this point in my life especially the health issues and existential crisis of my 20s. also the jazz is so relaxing. i've often thought about starting a youtube channel but self doubt that I wouldn't get views or make a profit from it stops me... silly.. you really are allowed to just make things and post them without a goal related to capitalism (though it's hard not to envy those who make a whole living off of vlogging lol). I never had the thought about doing it just for me but it really seems genuinely fun. I know I love editing videos (I used to make them with friends for fun when I was young pre-iphones and god it brought so much joy). the more I ramble though my brain has come up with a reason not to already and that's the possibility of literally one hate comment lol. if someone points out something about me that I am self conscious about already I might delete it oops. cost benefit analysis. ok last thing the "resistance to being alive" feeling from chronic pain YEAH. I am also about to turn 26 soon too and lose insurance. im so locked in to your healing journey and channel so inspiring to see someone in a similar boat as me just setting small goals and achieving them. taking steps slowly to get better and documenting it :)

I love your videos, and I hope this does not come off as being rude. However, if you can afford to take a trip to Hawaii, you must be doing very well. I haven’t been on vacation in nearly 10 years and I don’t see myself being able to take one anytime soon. Simply because I cannot afford to. I rarely buy coffee from a restaurant because I cannot afford to. Therefore, I don’t have to worry about leaving a tip. Again, I do apologize if I sound rude. That is certainly not my intention. You might just consider your content after returning from a vacation.

GIRL!! I can relate!! I’ve been having sciatica/leg pain for the past year. It got so bad I couldn’t do anything. I got misdiagnosed, and when I finally got an MRI (X-rays didn’t show it) I found I had a herniated disc. I am only 18 years old. It has been so exhausting. I’m so over it and have been so stressed and unhealthy. It’s been so hard, and I totally understand you. If you ever want to talk more about this I would totally love to chat with you as what you said in this video really resonates with me!!

Try a naturopath w acupressure no needles. Fibromyalgia is constant pain. I take supplements n yoga n eft tapping. I don’t do things that hurt like physical therapy. Much healing to you. Gentle massage with reiki

If you can get an MRI that would explain everything that is going on. Ask them for a CD so you have a copy that you can take to other Dr’s for other opinions. I have degenerative disk disease and had I know that years ago I could have gotten the correct treatments. They can be pricy but you can call your insurance and ask what your out of pocket would be and then you can prepare for it.

I truly hope that in the future you will be able to find out what is causing you so much pain. Missed your videos as they are my cozy corner of CZcams <3
