The game follows the normal rules of volleyball and a standard game with standard rules can be played. However, there are a number of different modes that mix up the standard formula. One example is Hot Potato, where the ball is played as a timer ticks down, and once it runs out the ball explodes upon impact of the nearest player. Another is "Casino Round", where the longer the volley, the more money the scoring team on that play gets. Individual settings can also be altered within these modes, such as adjusting whether only the serving team can score a point ("side out" rule) or any team who wins the volley gets a point.
Fighting with other characters in an option before a serve where a player can choose to fight an opponent on the other side of the net. If the player wins they earn the victim's momentum bar. Beating tokens are earned after great plays and a turnover of the serve.

If I remember correctly, the version I had John Starks FT% and 3pt % were mixed up. Also, Larry Bird was OP even though it was the worse year of his career statistically.

When this was released my local Currys had a release day competition for people to speed run the first level. I came top, as I'd had the US version for a couple of weeks already, using the SNES cartridge converter for imports. One of the standout games from my teens 👍
Found my old SNES and decided to play to this game again. So many good memories. But damn, I'm now 32 yo and still couldn't beat the final boss 😢😂
I had liked this video i dont know im here again. I used to play this game hours and hours. M.J., Pippen legend team was in Chicago Bulls.. Jazz also had Malone brothers. This game was awesome. I remember players in team could get injury too. Tactics, you can even choose team shooters etc... How they programmed it in those just tetris game times ?
Now i ve checked now Jeff Malone and Karl Malone are not brothers... Damn , my dreams crashed...

Hola!!! tengo un problema cuando juego la versión online ONE PLAYER. El bomberman pone en automatico, sin que presione ninguna tecla, una bomba apenas explota la ultima. Es algo que pasa cuando juego desde esta computadora que es nueva, no me pasaba asi en las otras. Alguien sabe como cambiar esa configuracion?
