RIP Peter Norman it's ashamed that he was treated better by the American track and field committee and the American track and field athletes like Michael Johnson who gave him a first class treatment in his own country by members from another country. Peter Norman is the greatest Australian sprinter to ever grace that country and he should have been celebrated by his country with that silver medal but instead was slandered. I'm glad that he's getting the recognition that he deserves and as the American track and field fans he will always be a legend here in the states.

Just got this ad and I felt the need to give you some support. I’m already a Labor supporter so it didn’t really convince me of anything, but it was great to see this ad in between the endless bullshit ads from the National Australia Party. I’d say the analogy of jobseeker into cookies is simplifying it a bit, but then I remember that the liberal party has been in power for almost a decade so clearly a large portion of Australia needs their info to be dumbed down. That is typical of this Government! Go after people with Robo, which caused suicides because they did NOT owe the debt, but do nothing to big business who refused to return the money that they had not needed. Morrison pretends to be a friend of the people, but what he actually DOES, is to give as much money as he can to big business, and could not grant enough money to those people who went through the fires and lost everything. Many of them are still living in caravans, and other makeshift huts.I do not believe that he even knows what empathy means.
