I had KEC38 running because KHB32 was down for a little bit, I don’t know what happened. I’m assuming the transmitter got struck by lightning or something. But there was also an observed waterspout! So that’s cool. Also kinda caught me of guard lol.

I'm confused, what is all this and whats failing? I mean I can tell it's alerts and what not (Probably tests) but can someone explain what's going on and what's failing?
@@ForYahwehYeshua basically they’re supposed to be a message or live voice after the EAS headers and 1050hz ends but in this case there was not, and it put the station off the air because it timed out most likely. When they do it correctly, there will be a message or live voice you will hear.

@@HarrisCountyWX I forgot where it was but I don’t think they would have it again unless they got another one, thrift stores basically just get stuff that people don’t want. They don’t have a stock of them. It was the only one there.

@@SPCChicago8374 No problem. I think the reason why it’s short is because there’s nothing you gotta say it’s just that there’s a hurricane coming. It’s not like it’s a small severe thunderstorm, it’s affecting the entire state. In short note all you gotta really say is that there is a hurricane that could make landfall in your area or it is going to.
