Beautiful music, perfect for relaxation!

Hey I'm sitting here now, enjoying this and trying to work out exactly when it was filmed... I've gone full Sherlock! I'm guessing that as there are no leaves on the trees, it's probably late winter / early spring as they look like they might be ready to go again... Though some of them have that brown autumnal look... It also looks very quiet, as there's no few cars and nothing in the car parks at the cavern near Winnats... But that could be early morning... Though the sun would be rising in the east and not lighting the hills in that way... It might be during lock down? I dunno... I'm gonna guess March 2021?... Either way, great work. Nice to sit and watch my favourite place for an hour. Cheers Robert

As Christmas is almost here, what better time to create some Christmas relaxation music along with some winter aerial drone footage. Barmouth is one of my favourite places in Wales with its spectacular views. The Panorama Walk is perfect for taking in the panoramic views of the Mawddach estuary, Barmouth bridge, and the beautiful mountain landscape. Not to mention the ocean views and sandy beach in front. The accompanying music is great for relaxation, taking time out, relieving any stresses and anxiety, as well as aiding better sleep, meditation and mindfulness. 😌

The music I composed for this video started life about 33 years ago. My late teenage years were not good, at times the depression was extreme and took me to the edge. I think nature and music saved me. I was probably about 18, I had struggled to get out of bed and go to college but I had just arrived at the music room at Loreto Sixth form college. It was not a good day, however, the music room was full of rays of sunlight through scattered clouds. I sat at the grand piano and although not a piano player I started to play a little piano piece that I have used throughout this relaxing piece of music. I have no idea where it came from or why I have remembered it for all these years but the moral of the story was that the dark clouds do not stay forever, they are temporary and you may be closer than you think to happier times, just keep going. Even today I often need to remind myself of this. I hope this message and video reach the people who need to hear it. Make it a good day with music and light! 🎶 ⛅ www.mind.org.uk
