I am currently interested in applying for RareJob as a tutor. Before stepping in, I am learning about the work setting, nature of the job, benefits, disadvantages, and tips from others' experiences to help me succeed in the application process. I recently came across a helpful video for those interested in applying to this company. The speaker emphasized that the company's evaluators are not focused on the content of what you say, but rather on your coherence, diction, pronunciation, and enunciation. RareJob holds high standards for English speaking, given their clients' needs. Therefore, they value the skills I've mentioned. The speaker also noted that it's best not to try to sound American or adopt an American twang. Instead, aim for a more neutral accent or tone, considering that your students are Japanese. This is because, in contrast to their language and accent, an American twang can make it challenging for them to learn to listen, comprehend, and speak English. Additionally, it's important to present yourself well. Be confident, maintain your composure, speak slowly and clearly, keep your answers short and concise, and avoid filler words. Hope this helps â€đ
Thank you Ate Eunice for this video. It helped me learn a lot from your experience. I commend you for your heart for the Gospel and boldness to share it. I wish you well and hoping for your continual growth in the knowledge and fear of the Lord and your sanctification.
Good job po ateâ„ïž Thank you for sharing your interview experience, i gain alot of insights, and I admire your courage to speak for Godâïž Im having my interview tomorrowđ„č God bless
3 years ago Rarejob interview was easy, a piece of cake. Recently they have been very picky and stringent
I will be honest po i applied 3 times basta babae ang instructor most likely very strict pag lalake very chill lang
,ang tawag sa ngdala ng pig o yong inutusan o yong hinnag nng side ng laki is mungawi or mangigawi , hindi munhonag napansin ko yon sa may caprion kaya ako ngcomment
Ay oo nga, i stand corrected po. Tama yung mungawi pala.
I actually passed RJ interview, pero seriously po, you did way better than me. Situational ang question, walang anything about my background or what, and it's almost like a 10-minute interview lang. Currently onboarding, I'm not sure if may chance pa na maligwak.
Same po sabi mkaka receive ng email within 24hrs . And I also failed đ in a few minutes lang. By the way, ano current job mo po ngayon maam ?
Hi, no current job as of the moment po. Currently a full time mom. I applied in 51talk though after my failed interview witb Rarejob. Might try to reapply soon.
Hndi ako pumasa. Although 7 years n ako sa ccenter. Situational dn sakin. Pano daw pag may emergency. Sabi ko i-reschedule n lang etc. Dapat daw ang sagot is priority p dn ang students. Well in my case, ang iniisip ko kasing emergency is tlgang EMERGENCY. Like pano kung hndi makahinga ung anak mo at nabulunan, emergency un dba? Siempre ssbihin mo na may emergency ka. Kaya nga situational eh. Pero failed p dn ako sa interview. Hirap naman pumasa jan. Kelangan ata plastikin mo ung sagot mo.
Scheduled to have my interview at 5:30. It is currently 5:56 and still no response. I'm starting to lose hope. Thankfully, I found this video and gave me the encouragement that I needed. This was a very informative and great video †Thank you
Ang bait ng CE mo. Sa akin mataray di nagri respond at nagi smile. Buti nalamg pumasa pa rin. đ
Nagibbu tuware...
full interview po ba ito?
hello maam where do they contact in initial interview is it in skype, zoom??
Hello! I noticed that you are good at pronouncing the English words, and you also gave good answers to the questions. My tip for anyone here is that you should take minimal pauses when you don't know the next words to say rather than saying English fillers like uh, uhmm, so, like. I believe this will be a big factor in assessing your fluency as you will be conversing with your students. Hope this helps!
Wow that's great for you. Siguro po talagang may mga bagay na hindi para satin that's why but I am thankful for the experience. I am rooting for you though! God Bless your teaching journey!
I love your diction,,it sounds very natural and with American accent.. â€â€â€,,not like the other videos I watched which were robotics and sounded scripted.. Your communication skill is great, very natural in delivering your thoughts and genuine.â€â€â€
Thank you for a very thorough and informative video. Kudos for your time and effort!
I watched the whole video today, June 1st, 2023. If I were the interviewer, I would fail her due to religious matters. So please don't forget to bring up religion or political issues in job interviews. RED FLAG FLASHING!! The more innovative approach is advocating for a cause, like cancer or environmental awareness and education, or doing good for the community.
Thank you for your comment and suggestions. I do appreciate it but my answers were the first ones that came to my mind so I answered with the best of my knowledge. But you were right, I would make sure to take note of that to my future interviewsđ
Planning to apply sana.
Hi nope na po. I left after a year sa sobrang tumal po ng bookings.
Good day po! Ask ko lang if they are also asking for the link of your internet speed connection?
Yes đ
I †your testimony. Praise the Lord! God bless you.
You may opt to discuss other topics except your faith and religious affiliation. Pero, in fairness to you, you are naturally a conversationalist!
are you one of brethens? church of crist?
No po, I'm from a different sect but serving the one true God and our saviour Jesus Christ. â€ïž
Helpful content! Keep posting! I am also applying for RJ... please count me in!
How did it go po? Hehe
@@eunicetuguinay1526 re apply po :)
is there age limit to apply?
ill be having my interview tomorrow. so i came across this vid. but when i was having my speaking test. i noticed that Japan is kinda off to talking about politics. so when i was watchng this vid and the moment you talked about faith. i googled about Japan's view about Christianity. and i think its not an open topic for them too. well im a christian and someone being able to talk about one's faith is really a bold move and im amazed. its just an opinion tho. i think with japan's culture its not appropriate to talk about it... but big respect to you girl! thanks for the great vid!
Saan mo yan nabili teach?
I love your speaking voice. And you did really well...minsan kasi talaga nasa interviewer din ang rason kung papasa tayo o hindi.
This is so beautician!!! I am planning to do something like to do something with my church and I love these activities!! I just donât understand whatâs being saidđ
Do it sis! It'll make a difference to every couple đ€
hi thank you for sharing this Interview video. I feel you un ibang questions pang Ms. U ahhahahaha
Youre so brave to have proclaimed them the gospel of God †its okay if youre not chosen, you belong somewhere special as a Child of God đ€đđ
Hi! I have the same headphones but it is not working on my laptop? Are you using a pc?
Kakatapos ko lang sa interview. Same here, they will e-mail me after 24 hours. Hopefully đđ makapasa po. First time ko rin pong mag apply.
I was listening seriously when 19:51 came up. Natawa ako sa sudden change of expression, natanggal stress ko bigla đ€ŁI've watched a lot of interviews, and the questions you were asked were among the toughest ones, yet you still managed to answer all of them with minimal mistakes. I think the interviewer also plays a huge role in whether you'll get accepted or not. Ah basta, ang galing nyo po, more power đ€
Actually ur really good baka d lang sya para syo..
thank you for inspiration...I have just started my career in 51talk :)
You actually have a great communication skill. I think the reason were the depression and religion. Japanese are not into these topics.
Hi, Teacher! Thank you for this video. It helped me a lot. When the interviewer said, "We will send you an email," I immediately thought I failed. I was surprised to see that I passed. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. :D
I just finished my interview so it is possible to receive an email that I passed
Some Rarejob interviewers don't know how to assess applicants the right way...They don't see the potential of teachers...It's easier to pass an interview with an American interviewer. ..They should have hired you...Goodluck!
Same thoughts đ€Ł Nakapass po ba kayo?
Required po ba 51talk tarp? O kahit idesign lang po?
Hi, May I asked whta your religion si ? If u dont mind
Slr, I'm a Christian from Evangelical Sect po.
i'm learning from you, thanks
As for the interview as a whole teach, super super super ang GALING. However, Japanese ESL companies prohibit this kind of topics... Please Pm me.. I will refer you to bizmates â€ïž
