    I’ve seen a lot of people on here. Use some crazy methods to jump higher, but this will definitely work coming from an ex jumper that was Dunkin in the eighth grade lost my Hope before and got them back lost them again and I’m heavy at the age of 43, so this is gonna be a challenge, but I will be back, and they’ll be calling me little Beasley again 😂 just with these three exercises thanx! 👍🏽

    You have heard of the one percenters? I’m a 50 percenter. Have lost 50% of my high school speed. Doing 25 one hundred yarders in morning. 25 at nite. That’s 6,000 steps walking north. Turn around, 3,500 strides sprinting south. Boring as hell. On sprint 2,300/10,000 by first week of November. Takes 2.5 hours a day. Retired. Reached my high school weight of 185, onto 175. Age 69. Exercise sucks but never fails!

    I think nutrition science is highly flawed and that most elite athletes are not eating a human appropriate, optimal diet. Humans a hyper carnivorous not omnivores. As a human and an athlete I focus on eating red meat. The more fat the better. Carbohydrates based athletics is a flaw.

      Talked to Vivo, they stated it will be 6 weeks before we see these in the US. Could be earlier though, especially if they realize they'll lose sales dropping these in the late summer when ppl will start buying fall/winter clothing.
