I cooked eggs like this for years. Then I found these silicon cups on Amazon. Tiny bit of spray in cup. Break egg in cup. 1/2 inch of water in pan. Place cup in pan. Cover pan and cook on medium heat until egg is done. No crispy edges. No tons of oil. Just nice clean eggs. From dippy eggs to hard boiled, those cups are wonderful and super easy. I cook anywhere from 2 to 10 at a time.
