As a fitness enthusiast myself, and only saying this for educational purposes, I wouldn’t say you have 5% that isn’t sustainable and is very nearly competition ready on a bodybuilder stage. If I saw your abs I could estimate even better but from just arms you look about 10% which is still very lean and something I want to attain someday (I’m like 19% and that’s still lean-ish and better than the average guy, I’m just bulking for now.) I haven’t been 9-10 since I was like 15 lol. But yea you look great bro, I know you been going thru some tough times and just letting you know you’re not alone and we support you brother.
