My best friend and I recently got back to the US from Ireland, Scotland and England. Edinburgh was our absolute favorite stop. Incredibly gorgeous and everyone was so nice.

Edinburgh is such a beautiful city. I was there for a conference a few years ago years ago. I’m hoping to visit again one day.

Danish weather is usually 4 seasons in a day and often cycle through all of them several times in an hour. Danes know there's no such thing as all-weather-clothes, we dress in layers and are quick to change our clothes as the seasons change. 😃 T-shirts and thin clothes as the inner layers and then sweater for light rain and long rain coat for heavier rain. You can get some single use rain-wear from around £1 that doesn't take up much space.

So funny about the childhood pledge chore - I'm also the youngest and my mom assigned me the dusting/wood furniture polishing and the smell of pledge cleaner always brings me back!
