That was the best episode so far! Equal numbers of horror, creepiness & disturbing! Ravenholme could surpass alot of horror scenes/stories in any medium 😱! A truly horrifying yet interesting section. Loved how you were left speechless so many times 😂 can't wait to see what's next!

Yes, this is my favorite boss fight in this game, I once killed him before this part on one of my playtroughs and had to go back to a previously saved game because I realized I was not going to be able to fight him in the forest. I just enjoy this battle so much.

I think its implied that Lucy returned to Earth at some point after visiting the moon. Can be seen in the content of her columbarium epitaphs to the crew.

I'm noticing a flaw in this game and the time travel mechanic. I remember never figuring out you could travel back in time, the game doesn't address it directly until... you know.... but by then it is useless you are already there anyway, you know what I mean?. For all intents and purposes the game never tells you about it. I think it is a bit of an oversight on the developers part and they just needed to change a single line of dialogue during a certain cutscene, where it was more than appropriate to reveal such information, you know which one I'm talking about. By the time the game actually reveals it to you, you are like: "Yeah no shit...". I discovered it because I got to a point where it was very clear I was missing something, so I spent a lot of time running around completely lost until out of pure desperation, I went back to the Temple of Time and got the cutscene. Well, that and the language barrier, video games weren't as widely translated as they are now, so you had to play them with dictionary in hand or a magazine. But yah, think about it, the game doesn't tell you about it. Did anybody else have issues with this back then?.

You definitely need to PLAY the other route and "Betray Songbird" It will make SO many things more clear and it's gameplay is CRAZY.

I absolutely adore this game, and its great watching you enjoy it as well. The other ending for PL is stunning too. Can't wait for you to go through all the endings including base game.

I'd say finish the main story first so you have the base experience. Then in the next playthrough go with the expansion's other endings.

Fantastic episode! Personally, helping Song is my least favourite ending but I totally see why you chose it, felt very natural to your playthrough and I loved hearing your thoughts about it, I know you will try to find as many alternate endings and dialogues as possible but 2 nice details you should add to your reactions is shooting Reed in the body NOT head and Phantom Liberty Trailer, I think it's even better after finishing the expansion.

The exact same outcome and line of thinking that I had in my own playthrough, love to see it, can't wait to see the rest of your game and the alternate paths in the future.

Crazy how both Edgerunners and Phantom Liberty ended the same way..... with a Netrunner Girl going to the Moon.

This is why I chose Reed. Doesn’t matter if Songbird deserves her shot at freedom. I’m not friends with her and I owe her nothing.

The amount of completely new, high quality content you will experience by replaying the other main path in PL is just absurd. I was stunned when I went to play the other ending. SO much effort put into this expansion it's just... Thank you for the amazing playthrough, you're one of very few that can "consume" a game so thoroughly and play it with such focus and understanding.

Reminder to watch the Cinematic Trailer for Phantom Liberty. It won't spoil anything anymore (technically never would) but I do think it'll add to the relationship between Reed and Songbird.

That ending was one of the CDPRs peak writing moments. Can’t wait you go through the original game’s endings + possibly The Witcher 3 one day - that one’s got one of the most memorable scenes in videogames as well

In the other side of the Phantom Liberty story it's possible to acquire a Cyberdeck that can upload the Blackwall Daemons as traditional quickhacks. Really hope to see you side with Reed at some point, keep up the good work!

When you're talking about the whole "they let me do a big storychanging decision like that and it's not the final quest?", reminder, this is CDPR. They made The Witcher 2, wich gives you a similar decision less than halfway into the game. Giving you good decisions is kind of their thing.

You figured out how to free Epona way smoother than I did. He doesn't offer the race unless you jump the two fences, I think. It didn't occur to kid me that that would change his dialogue. I think a friend at school told me what to do. Then, of course, I was bad at the race so that took some tries.

was going to offer a piece of advice with some of the enemies but saw your pinned comment, so i respect your wishes and will not give that advice. But, Forest Temple, hands down best ingame music. the people who have done mixes with that song makes it sooooo good. Dont mind the rude jaggoffs and their negativity, we all at one time were where you are. Keep doing what you are doing. Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are my absolute favorite of the Zelda series. Once done with OoT, hope to see you go to Majora's Mask.

I am sorta baffled that you chose Songbird on your first playthrough. I never considered betraying Reed for one second. Songbird on the other hand. is a walking red flag. Just the fact she's messing with the blackwall is enough reason to flatline her. on the spot no discussion. Her dragging you into this mess without even a please or atleast ask "Can you help?" Nah she hacks your brain outta nowhere "Hey V save the president the NUSA depends on you! kthxbye" Yes she was dealt a bad hand and was F by Myers. still not a reason to massacre the people in the space station and messing with the blackwall, that can literally wipe humanity. She's a POS narcissist. For her own survival she is ready to commit genocide. Reed would never sink that low. He has some honor left. SoMi is just a child, a brat

The Blumhouse games thing is quite exciting imo, the on stage segment was awkward, felt like they forgot their lines halfway through or something, but I can forgive that. Seeing a studio potentially being willing to put some real money into lots of small horror games again is like, yeah, i'll take it. The way they do films is funding lots of them and if only 2 or 3 of them are a hit, that covers the rest. A financial strategy that pays off bigly with horror films and used to be viable for games as well before studios decided making alright amounts of money wasn't enough anymore, they needed to make all of the money, increasing year over year, infinite growth. No Barry in the Alan Wake 2 dlc (from the trailers/talk at least, haven't played it yet) is upsetting.

Such an amazing game! Definitely worth doing the other ending as well. Cyberpunk 2077 is definitely one of the best games ever made and i can't wait to see what cdpr do next

i love this ending sm, it’s so sad and very tragic but i can’t NOT help Songbird tbh. like i’ve said before, she’s just too much like my V and that would feel so wrong to betray her. (even if the other endings+missions are cool, they’ll never be my canon) also !! contra la luna is one of my fave osts from the game, its so good

And now I can say, this wasn't about V. This was Songbird's story. And like most stories in Night City, there are no happy endings. Bittersweet, sure, but not happy. I hope youre able to try other paths, such as betraying Songbird. Oh, and the blue eyed mystery man that was involved in the Peralez manipulations? Yep. Same guy rhis time, too. Maybe Garry was on to somwthing about the blue eyed puppet masters? 😮

I bought this game when it first came out...I was 22. Also bought the official player's guide, and i don't think i could've ever completed this game without it. To do it blindly is a huge undertaking! You're off to a great start!!!
