No, this is Domine, and Italian epic metal band. You should check their first two records if you like 80s traditional heavy metal, they created a nice doomy epic sound. Later they went full power metal, but kept some epic and progressive elements. I never checked Veni Domine, but I'll definitely do after your comment about their singer :)
