This is a genuine favorite song of mine and at first I didn't like this cover, then all that bitterness and anger came out and I love the cover. It reminds me of the cover of I will survive by cake in that they made it their own. It was just more bitter then the original song. Love it man.

Damn dude this cover is pretty damn awesome. So far each cover of No Children I have heard becomes personal & emotional, and I won’t lie it just makes the song all more hard hitting and memorable. Almost everyone seems to relate to it in some sort of extent, no matter if it’s because of an actual failing marriage, broken friendship or abuse of any kind people manage to make this song into truth. Weather you view this as positive or not it’s your decision. I think that is what makes this song one of the best songs ever written and sang, but that’s just my view on it, I respect everyone who makes covers of it. Even if I am a few years late.

I love this song and i Love this version especially, but i worry about any angry young man in a "don't tread on me" T-shirt. Its OK to be angry with someone but please don't apply that anger to other people. Even the person who hurt me deserves to live the life they have made. The person who hurt you is no worse than them, believe me. Take it on faith, Brother.
I think it might be better to see the shirt as a message of preservation as opposed to a message of violence. Appreciate the comment thoughever. It’s easy to be angry in a world you don’t approve of, but you can use that feeling to change things by looking up instead of looking down.
