I bought a Missouri Meerchaum corn pipe last year I put a brass screen ,first time using it. What do you think of a brass screen at the bottom of the bowl I've ordered stainless steel screens, haven't tride them yet. I'm enjoying the cob pipe, and I also ordered 2 more cob pipes from the company 2 days ago I'm looking forward to trying them But, please give me an insight into using the pipes with screen Or should I try the modification like you suggest I enjoyed the video

When it came to musical tastes, my dad and I only ever agreed on one thing: French jazz violinist Stephane Grapelli, who had played with Django Reinhardt, was a genius. I saw Stephane play several times and took my dad to see him once ---- It was the only time we ever attended a concert together. My mom loved musicals and would happily have dragged me along to those, but I can't stand them to this day.....

My parents would have bought me an acoustic guitar ---- but I wanted an electric and they weren't having that in the house; my dad even threatened to smash my stereo because I played the Jimi Hendrix version of the Star-Spangled Banner from Woodstock, on the 4th of July. I had to wait until I was on my own at age 19 to get an electric: a cheesy Teisco "tulip" guitar from a tag sale for $12. Shortly thereafter I got a beat up Fender Mustang with dead pickups, which I hotrodded with new pickups, followed by a Fender P-bass. I no longer own any of these. I miss that Mustang a lot: It was ugly ---- competition orange with a racing stripe ---- and the vibrato on those Mustangs was never any good so I "blocked" and immobilized it, but I routered it out to fit a Seymour Duncan PAF hamburger in the neck position, and a Bill Lawrence stacked single coil "blade" pickup by the bridge, and shielded it, and it played and sounded great.

I don't mud cobs until I have completely (naturally) burned the stem "overhang" flush. I do not believe in modding them. I let the stem burn smooth naturally. Then, only if necessary will I mud them. I respect the 6 year olds, they're cute. I have a MM legend (paid 3.99 for it) that I bought for a camping trip in 1993. Still smokes flawlessly. Not mudded. Gets smoked at least once a week. I've replaced the stem a handful of times, but the cob itself is perfect.

Whats the fretboard radius?

I have been smoking a pipe off and on for 60 years. For a long time I only knew of codger blends like Half and Half and aromatics. So I mostly smoke aromatics. But I took up the hobby two years ago seriously and I have trying to branch out to other things like English blends and Virginia/Perique blends. Last night was the first time I smoked Quiet Nights. I couldn’t believe how good it was. And when I came in from the back patio, my girlfriend remarked how great it smelled. No matter what kind of tobacco you smoke the most you will probably like Quiet Nights.

I subscribe to Scar my guitar, and his good....but I'm becoming annoÿed with all the divas, "modding" without having TOUCHED the guitar. Sean @ Scar my guitar, is among the reviewers who do exactly that.

I have the Fojill mahogany light relic Strat. I love it. The electronics weren't great, but I put together a loaded pickguard with alnico v pickups and a wiring harness with big pots and thick braided wires, and now it sounds amazing. The mahongany body ones also come with kluson vintage split post tuners, which I absolutely love. I can leave the guitar alone for weeks then pick it up and it's still in tune. It's better than my Squier Affinity Strats and almost as good as my MIM Fender Standard. It's definitely an upgrade over the one in this video. It also comes with a MUCH better padded gig bag than this one.

I ordered the exclusive Fender made in Japan "Junior Collection" Stratocaster. You can only buy these from Japan. It's a Fender Stratocaster - not a Squire - with a 24 inch neck scale instead of 25.5 inch. The Mustang you're playing also has a 24 inch neck scale, but you can't get a Stratocaster unless you order it from Japan. The body is also shrunk by 6 percent, which is hardly noticeable. Its still looks and feels like a full size guitar. Don't get it confused with a "mini". It's not a mini guitar. I'm going to scallop the neck and put some YJM furies pickups in it and play some Yngwie style neoclassical shred. Jake E. Lee's signature ESP guitar was a Strat style body with a 24 inch scale neck.

I had an encounter with a sasquatch in bankhead forest in Alabama and I asked a few questions about it to the game warden the day it happened and a couple of hunters that there with him and after the giggles and stares I got I never told to many people. When I heard Kerry Arnold and his encounter, although his encounter was terrifying, but it resignated with me and I decided to go on his show with him and Daniela Alogia Kerrys co host. Just like you said he and I were instantly friends from the beginning. Kerry was the one person who you knew you were going to be safe and understood when you spoke with him and Daniela. I recently purchased the Sonic Mustang after watching your video, not sure Im ready for one of these Fojill but the point is that these days, 100 bucks can get you up and playing. And yes, most very cheap guitars like Glarry and such, have very soft neck wood.

2nd time an internet personality died and im a year or more late. i had no idea he died until today. i was in the mood to hear his encounter story again as i had an hour and 15 minute drive. i typed his name in and see an obituary. im saddened and i hope his wife is well.

Pipes don’t smoke. If you pack a pipe well it smokes well. If you pack it badly it smokes bad. So pipes don’t smoke!

I believe that 3/16 " your on about acts as a moisture trap as the baccy sits on top of the shank for the most part and that contributes to there cool dry smoke
