Cedo is a true visionary and a Man whose time has come. 'Cometh the hour cometh the Man!' Climate Change and the issue of Urban Sustainability are the main drivers in the 21st Century. The national leaders in China, Canada & Singapore have seen the 'Blue Green' light and the water crisis in California, heralding leglislation to remedy matters, is the start of a paradym shift in the USA towards the Blue Green holistic perspective. Visionaries and pioneers have a 'hard row to hoe' but I predict that in a decade Blue Green holistic and integrated urban solutions will be the global norm. Fight the good fight Cedo for our Children and Grandchildren and their children; good luck.

Good honest & frank interview with good questions posed by the interviewer. Indeed Mr.Cowell is correct when he says it's ambition & slow adoption thus far. I work for a Water company applying this adoption and indeed it is a slow process - mainly due to the culture that exists - in my situation I am trying to drive it from the bottom up as opposed to the correct way of top down. From a CAD point of view I see the benefits and have successfully installed a Bentley BIM system across 13 workstations within the company. It's a lonely fight trying to get others to come on board though. I'm sure as time goes by simple industry momentum will encourage more & more Water companies to fully & properly embrace the system of BIM.
