Not a fan of seeing the kitchen, bedrooms or bathrooms next to the front entrance. I prefer a bigger foyer and some type of sitting room (living room, library or even an office) off of the main entrance of a home. Why? You never know who is entering into your home, if you don't really know them. Bedrooms next to the entrance of a home is a big NO NO. Why? KIDS (you can fill in the blanks with that one). Another reason, embarrassing moments coming out of a bedroom and bathroom that is next to the front entrance. Kitchen in the front of the house is a NO NO for a number of reasons safety, privacy, odors, resale value and etc. 🙂

High ceilings and that kitchen! Wished I could have seen the outside, the land this house sits on. I’m interested in buying a home where I can grown my own food and live off the land as much as possible. 1 acre at least .

Nice cars, fancy stores, lots of drug addicts and old run down homes sprinkled in with the places 99% of people can't afford. One of the worst cities around Phoenix unless you have the money to avoid and ignore the wealth gap
