How to elmulsify and unify flavours and aromas?
Our Squasher machine is what you need if you want to unify all the flavours and aromas contained in a bag. Its blades crush the products, extracting and homogenising the product, obtaining all the flavour of the ingredients.
How does it work?
Just fill the bag with the ingredients, add the chosen liquid and insert it between the blades and the front of the bag. Set the time for each preparation and once the process has finished, a light will come on.

Hi! It cannot be used to close soft drink cans. Currently, we have a manual can seamer that seals round cans with a diameter of 11 cm. If you want to seal soda cans I recommend the PRO Automatic Can Sealer or the Soda Can Sealer "Bronson". It's Tequila! But it doesn't matter the liquid, in fact. This is only to show the effect of the carbonic mist in the Cold BBQ. You just have to add some dry ice in the stone, then add water to create the carbonic mist which will give the sensation of smoke but it's not real smoke. Of course, you can use the Cold BBQ as well to cook with real coals and fire.
