Ford Transit Video Van Build - Sliding Refrigerator Install.

We build and install a removable, sliding tray for our Dometic CFX-50 portable refrigerator/freezer. The tray allows us to pop the refrigerator outside the door, and use a folding table w/cutting board to increase our space. Perfect for on-location snacks, La Croix, and charcuterie.

I can't handle squeaks and rattles. We've eliminated most noises in our production van, except one. Poor Bob is tasked with finally killing the rattle. He also replaces a door seal that some HVAC previous owner guys kicked off.

Bob finishes up the van ceiling complete with low profile LED lighting and insulation. Then we take the ceiling out to kill the creaks and rattles, then we reinstall it again. We also throw a roof vent in the roof, and build a long item storage box for things like c-stands and Kessler Cinesliders.

We built this custom DIT cart to be packaged in our Transit van. It is built from a server rack and is compatible with Innovativ and other production accessories. The cart mounts to the van using latches and a quick disconnect. No jank bungees and ratchet straps. It's also got a battery backup, and we can slot in as much data as needed for the job. It's had a few turbos, yea, and a torque converter. It has 150k on it now.

You totally could, but we never really made ones to scale. We laid it out on the floor with tape and did it the old method.

It's just a vehicle shark fin 4 in 1. There's lots of variants depending what frequencies you need.
@@BangersMatt hmm 🤔 I wonder if it work with wireless video system? To extend the range or Just to get a clear signal have you tried with such things?
@@oudomsambatchorn851 Yea. that's what we use it for. Most drones are in the 2.4/5.8ghz band which is super easy to get an antenna for.
@@BangersMatt yeah I see, but have you tried with wireless video system such as Vaxis Accsoon etc? I do live-streaming for events and conferences and would benefit from long range wireless video transmission and crowding area where people would cover the camera operator with the KOL lol.

What multiband antenna are you using? And how do you use multiple devices. Is there an antenna slitter and mini sma outlets in the van?
Correct. There's 5 SMA's in the van that pass through the roof into the antenna. They're routed to their appropriate device. 2 of them are just loose to be plugged into drone stuff.
