I'm wanting to set up a woodworking shop in a 40ft container as well. Do you have heat or a/c set up? Where are you located. Is it okay to have all the equipment in a non insulated container. Do you have trouble with moisture/ sweating at all? How is it powered? Do you have a dust vacuum unit? Any advice greatly appreciated :)
Your work is always awesome! I want that laser
Cool
Cool
.001 indicator?
Yea
Close enough for me 😂
Ur U could always do it old school
Now just move Y and make contact.
😂 had to check to make sure after
Fair play
The needle moved so little, I thought the dial indicator wasn't even touching anything! 😅
Similar to the way pipe threading chucks work. Except they have maybe 30 degrees of backlash to use as a hammer.
Yep very similar
Flexin on us a little 💪🏻
Actually, you put the tooling, time and labour together and you’ll find that’s a $60 nut. You are just spoiling yourself and that’s totally fine 👍
Lego
I want to work for this guy lol. Mainly to expand on my knowledge (Journeyman toolmaker). Also, to work in such an organized and clean environment would be bliss.
Заходную фаску и тогда вообще не придраться, класс
Whats the man hours for makin one of those
Making one of the bins? Zero man hours. The 3d printer is just rolling 24/7. It can print a whole drawer full in 6 hours.
@@HighCaliberCraftsman i figured you had some design time, maybe some sanding n such. But thats a pretty cool deal!
Great tip.
I do wonder what the presision of that is
I had it repeating less than .010 on rough stock
Smart stuff ❤
I tried this it worked but when I woke up in the morning all my hair had fell out lol. Joking 😊
I just chuck them all in a drawer.
That sounds awful😂
@@HighCaliberCraftsmanlol.. it is.
Such an ingenious and well-executed storage solution!
What kind of liquid is this?
Black oxide
Buy haimer
❤
nice one!
Mh magnets for aluminium and stainless steel are really expensive.
That's a quick and dirty way ... thanks new to me
THANK YOU
I've done this before...but realistically was never satisfied with the results. like you're already using a mill, take the time to extra minute to throw an edge finder in, find the non-moving jaw and zero out your dial or dro.
Awesome short. Thank you for the upload.
Thats genius
Why not put a level on it as well?
Its implied
They ran out of bubbles at the ruler factory
Or u can just measure from the jaw half the diameter of the bar
I taught you well grasshopper 🦗
I wish I had a drill like that in my work place. Instead we have to eyeball everything we do.
What's that song?
Dynamite hack - boys in the hood
Thanks mate
@@torkel4594in the future the song is displayed at the bottom of the video.
lol I havnt heard Dynamite Hack in a minute
That's pretty good! I'm going to give it a go 👍
Thanks, this saved my senco battery I left on the charger too long with it unplugged thinking it was charging all that time. I had to actually open mine up and directly short it to the battery terminals on the 2 end cells though as it seemed the BMS was preventing current flow from the external terminals.
Fred says hi!
👍👏👏👏
Old is gold 🥇
Tried this with a Milwaukee battery that wouldn't charge, and it works for now Probably won't be making a habit of doing this because of what could happen
Popeye coin to the moon 🚀
Thank you it worked😂😂
Can of spinach cracked open would be solid
This is what I did 🙌🏼👍🏼
@@HighCaliberCraftsman even the most brilliant of ideas is worthless if not in capable hands. That’s really cool:)
“Cans or yams, call it in the air!” 😂😂😂
Hey. What type of Laser Engraver do you have? Looking for something simple that will allow me to brand the parts I make
It’s a thunder laser aurora 8 100 watt mopa. It’s awesome.
fast and helpful !
I don't use air tools, and last I checked there wasn't an electric version. Why is that?
There are a number companies that make electric ones (corded) Metabo being one of them.
Great tool
