I used Keynest for over a year, until they lost my keys and managed to find them an hour later. So I replaced some of my locks with smart locks and left a back-up key at keynest. Next time I needed to collect my key they had lost hem again. The shop assistant refused to look for it. Keynest could not get hold of the shop keeper so I had to arrange another back up key to be delivered. They said they would inform me if they find the key again. I didn't hear from Keynest until a month later I noticed they charged me twice for the key they couldn't find and then charged me for storage for keeping the key they couldn't find. They refused to refund my money so I had to dispute it through my credit cart company. I recommend replacing the locks for smart locks instead. A lot cheaper, easier and a lot more reliable.
