I'm drinking lemon water during the day,drinking the lemon grapefruit recipe which is pure vitamin C or quinine. I've also been on a pea sz of the Ivermectin paste for three months,morning and evening and I'm finally seeing lots of dead parasites after going to the bathroom. I'm off meat and eat pretty clean,I lost 15 lbs and my stomach is so flat. I'm doing all this to cure my RA,Gout ect.. and detox from the parasites. The Ivermectin paste is available at feed stores, much purer and cheaper. I know people are scared of the horse paste but it's safe,can't hurt you. It's the best way to kill off the parasites and get past their breeding cycles once and for all. The ingredients in the supplement did not seem to make up for a strong parasite cleanse. From what I have heard, a couple of days water fast would definitely be stronger than that.
