Those dings in the last part are really annoying. Most of the video is quiet and then out of nowhere you ding my ear into oblivion. Bad design.

haven't been shown in the movies. I assume it's just iteration upon iteration of including as many of the previous armors features as possible culminating in the Mark 85 armor the peak of what Tony is capable of

Mark 50 did not look like an energy blade. it looked like a blue metal blade. The whole thing retracted into the armor. The blue part was also nanites. Thus, not energy.
Also, not a suture spray. Zero something shooters. Froze the wound shut.
Mark 47 mini thrusters are not part of the suit. And no, Veronica is not the Hulk buster, it is a dispenser for the Hulk buster and other Hulk busting support equipment.
