Only if it had more of a focus on the beam pattern. A tighter hotspot will be great to have the ability to adjust to when needed.

JUNK!! Got so hot while charging seems it could be a fire hazard. Then the red light stayed on under button till it won't work now. I've had it a week.

Bought 12 of these for my employees and I regret every bit of it…. • Auto lock is cool but is kind of annoying if you constantly use your flashlight. •8 out of the 12 flashlights I purchased had different defects or didn’t work. • Some flashlights overheat more excessive than others. • Charging problems with 5 of my flashlights that don’t turn on ( red light does not turn green even though flashlight was charged overnight) - LED lights pulsating while flashlight is ON I would not recommend this Model of light to Anyone

Good flashlight only bad thing I wouldn’t recommend you taking to work it’s certainly not intrinsically safe especially with the heat warning label very dangerous to have something like that around fumes and especially kids if they wanted to play with the light they might get burn the only use I see this for is probably camping nothing else

Why no beam shots?

I just bought this flashlight and only got 3 charged indicator lights and the 4th light never lit up after charging for four days. The flashlight lit once for a couple of seconds, put it back on the charger for another day and flashlight never lit at all and still had 3 charged indicator lights. Returned to the store bought a different brand, The Kodiak looked well made. I wish the light came with the plug to charge it, they only give the charging cable. How does the company or I know it was not a charger problem, Kodiak is not the only company that give only the cable, seem not too smart.

Idk if you will answer this but I have one of your flashlights now I went to your site to see if I could find mine but I don't see it I don't have my package because I got this light down in the states I don't remember this was year ago but mine has a polar bear and says Kodiak and instead of the button being black mine is green and I can't remember what the lumen was but it has a turbo mode and it zooms its almost as long as a old school black mag lite like you would see in the movie night of the museum

Got this thing a few hours ago, plugged it in for maybe an hour? I don't know if I missed the slot properly but the entire thing hit hot enough that I couldn't touch it, left it sitting in a safe spot for about 30 minutes and it's still that hot. Pulled the battery out and it's sitting disassembled but so far vaguely annoyed with the thing.

How do you check the current charge level?

I've had both versions of this since it came out. Most throw for the $ out there! Almost keeps up with my $200 lep flashlight...

Hate how it has to flash then you can turn it on. In an emergency or EDC that flash just sucks gives an alert and makes you fumble with pressing couple times

Hello, just picked this up and I cannot get through to customer service. My first charging right now. However it never gets to 4 LEDs. Just 3 and flashing on 4th and after a bit it shuts off. Do you know if this is normal? Possibly a newer feature? Auto shut off after full charge and no LED indicators? Nevermind. I used a different power block and got to full 4 LEDs. Hope this helps someone else
