Honestly, i don't really like a lot of the theories for fah 3 that you have for 1 main reason. Rhare is the only god throughout the series to be explicitly against humanity itself, and even the god of fear and hunger is a benevolent being that attuned humans to those feelings to force them to make progress, and logic was made to do a similar thing

Honestly termina was so eerie to me, the mangled monstrosities in a medieval setting are almost expected at this point but the 30s aesthetic really creeped me out. All i have to say is Space God. A God based off our adventures to the beyond. Call this The Age of Voyage. Due to our haunted world by "New Gods" that just dont die and "Old Gods" that dont even help us. In this, we find out that theres worse out there. The solution is in this world not in space. However. We acend in this voyage. But we get stuck on another planet. Never to help yet wander. (As an S ending)

I think the sense of unease in Doppelgangers is in that theyre pretty unexplained and mysterious

I imagine having it be about an expedition into an unknown area of vinland or perhaps whatever their universe version of antarctica is called could work- since even with more modern tech those areas would probably still be isolated enough for the cosmic horror to not cause conflict with a modernized setting.

I hope Miro does a Fear and Hunger game that centers around an Oldegard expedition into Vinland. Just enough to get us a taste of some of the mysteries that enshroud that continent. Hopefully we would get an idea of what Ragnvaldr saw on his trip to Vinland.

I think fear and hunger 3 will actually also be a game put on by the machine god that follows a cast of 16 characters on a tropical island. The only way to escape is to kill someone without being caught. As the other competitors kill each other on the island more and more land opens up. You have pretty bad amnesia and no idea how you ended up on the island or who the other competitors are. Secretly, the entire game is a simulation meant to teach you empathy that went very wrong. (this is totally not the plot of a visual novel)

I believe it should be a FULL galactic aventure in search of the Old Gods that abandoned humanity. Full Dead Space style.

fear and hunger 2's setting was basically the direct result of the 2 new cannon gods from fear and hunger one (the yellow king's rule combined with the drive created by the God of fear and hunger) so it will probably be some kind of matrix situation considering Logic was supposed to be everyone's combined consciousness.

Needles uses a myriad of medical items as weapons... Glad I've never been to any doctor that includes matching .45 caliber handguns in their medical equipment

The computer was invented in WW2 and it's what started the information age so I think Logic is very specifically that and not the internet which was invented in the 70 or 80s and not AI which was invented in the modern day. I think the god of fear and hunger was supposed to represent the end of the long dark ages. From what I remember from school, it was mostly the agricultural revolution which let people produce more food than they needed for themselves and the end of feudal estates that made it possible to invent all the things that started the industrial revolution. I feel like Funger 1 and 2 are very depressing from the view of their protagonists but they are actually hopeful for humanity as a whole. I don't think we will see something post apocalyptic rather something extremely human with all the things that implies. Unless Miro believes that the next paradigm shift will be the end of humanity. Which is fair enough I guess.

The Longinus spell (Longinus being the soldier/spear that pierced the side of Jesus in the bible) uses the Sulfur God's symbol. The Sulfur God is the Satan equivalent of Alll-Mer's Jesus.

I would absolutely love it if it was a concept similar to Live a Live. Letting the player select a character that plays in a definite era and try to influence the world and the future of humankind/old gods. Each character finale leading up to a final grand finale
