I definitely did the glue thing! And a lot of doodling! I'm not a fan of plastic fidget toys as I don't enjoy the sensation of plastic, but I have a lot of wooden ones and I love them!

Is there any way you can live on your own, maybe with a friend or family?

I use both. And I bought a double sided silicon body scrubber that lathers up beautifully with the bar of soap.... I get no suds with the liquid soap, nor does it feel like it cleans as good.

Wow. I want to hug you. I had a terrible experience on geodon. Couldn’t open my eyes-could barely speak and my own town started to look unfamiliar. I could only take it for a few days and then had to stop. I went through a bunch of different medications including vrylar for a few years. All the antipsychotics I have tried might of helped me re balance my brain but it also came with some negative effects. Our world is complicated right now. Thank you for your wisdom. Good luck.

I bought and read your book and you're such a strong person, Jen. You came out of it and didn't use it as an excuse to do bad things or make poor choices in life, but you overcame it and seem to be thriving! stay close to the lord🥰

Sending you hugs Jen, it can be hard bring up the past but it can also help to heal you. I see a lot of my childhood memories in pictures in my mind of my environment at the time.
