Hi, beautiful plants. The ficus's are sooo beautiful as well as all the cacti!
@@joannfeliciano7888 Hi Joann! Thank you!
I love big plants but it can be a lot of work taking them in and out. I have two very large orange trees that I wrestle with.
@@gaylejames9369 Hey there Gayle. They can be something to get in and out. The Fig is on a hot water heater tray so we can slide it. The top portion is the problem on that one. 😂
@@Hunnyplantz I use a hand truck and can tip them down to fit through the doorway. The things we do for plants!!
@@gaylejames9369 Yes!!🙂
That cactus is leaning for the baby to have room to grow it don't need all that extra soil just use some top dressing with stones or something the it needs proper sunlight and you have to turn it ever so often. Please use gloves when handling cacti.
@@marleneprescod8494 Thanks for this information Marlene. It was growing skinny inside the house because of the lower light. It’s a good idea to place some stones on top.
I love those dollar store 6 in pots. I spray painted the pots purple to match my color decor in my bedroom. My friends ask wear I got the purple pots.? They do not believe me. I used Fusion all in one paint. Your front porch is a gorgeous jungle. 🪴Happy Planting🌿
@@msladyjune3285 Thank you June! That’s a good idea to spray paint the pots. I love the Dollar Tree for some of their planty things.💚
I got plenty of plant chores done this weekend, repot, potting up props, cutting plant and my favorite....dead leaf removal. I'm pacing myself, cause If I finish them too quickly, I might find the energy to buy more plants 🤣. I can't wait to see that Anthurium take off. Please keep us updated.
Hahaha! There is nothing wrong with buying new plants, lol! I will keep you posted on the Anthurium.
Beautiful plants. I also have ordered from them and have been very pleased with the plants.❤
@@KarenJones-lb7hy They are great! The way they pack the plants is amazing too.💚

I would appeciate it if you do not pick up the individual plant to show it. it is not as interesting as when you show it where you have it placed.
@@annabarnwell9698 thank you for this suggestion. I’ll keep that in mind for future videos.
Wow! What a selection inside out! I had to use clear tape to kerp the top moss pole onto the bottom. I have my Philo. Blush/erubesence on it. I can imagine the upkeep of the indoor and outdoor garden keeps you quite busy! Thanks for sharing! Dee, NY
@@deemari577 thank you! The plants do keep me busy. I was outside today putting up the old squash vines and planting new seeds. I have a moss pole that needs extending and I hope they will fit together correctly without having to rig something up.
@@Hunnyplantz I did some outdoor planting of veggies but had to plant in pots because my husband and my knees has been out of sort but we were able to plant a lot of flowers. I leave the outdoors to him and I take care of the indoor garden👍🏽!
@@deemari577 I love container gardens. They are easier to control.💚
@@Hunnyplantz that's so true
Hi, great update. Can you do a video on how often you water and type of soil for the Thai and your thanksgiving cactus, also the Easter cacti if you have one, type of water also. Nice seeing your videos .

I absolutely LOVE this planter, how you change scarves and plant! What plant is this?
@@angisteele Hey Angi! Thank you!💚 The scarf is just draped on it and clipped on with hairpins. The plant is called a curly orchid cactus and it is just sitting in the planter instead of being directly planted in it.

Hi Hunny. That's one nice size hoya Obovata! I don't clean mine, they don't get dusty but I might mist them but that's it. See u on ur next video. Dee, NY
Hi Dee! That's pretty cool that yours don't get dusty. That Obovata has grown a lot and was a struggle to get off the shelf, lol. Thank you for watching.🪴🪴🪴
I use neem oil, hydrogen peroxide, & water. I've seen a lot of plant parents add Dr. Bronner's, I need to pick some up.
@@theloftons8297 Hey! Thanks for responding. Hydrogen peroxide is one I might try. I think the peppermint n the soap repels pests.🪴💚🪴

What is the name of the circular thing you place on top to control or support. 👍🏾Video. Hi I’m June in my Junegle. Virginia 🪴Happy Planting🌿
Hi June! Thanks for watching! It’s called a Gardener’s Blue Ribbon 30” Green metal plant support. I got it at Lowe’s.
Great job!😊
Thank you! The struggle was worth it!😂
How long have you had the dragonfruit for? Mine is nowhere near that big but I just let it drape over the pot. I might need a new plan down the road though.
I’ve had them since 2020 and they were just stumps that I planted then. For good normal growth I was putting them outside during the warm months.
I never had this type of plant. Would love it. If I had the room lol.🪴
They do take up a good amount of space but now that this one is vertical it is better for me. Maybe in the future you will have the space.🪴🪴🪴
Is your preference liquid food, or the little stakes, and how often do you feed the plants?
Lately I’ve been only using the granules (slow release) and occasionally liquid. I need to step up my game!😅
😂Olive will make an appearance! Give those two a hug!🥰
Hey cousin! 😅 I sure will!
Hi, I lived this video. All your updates are doing so well. Your porch plants are gorgeous, and nice to know how plants react when you move them outside, patience, patience until they acclimate. Your cacti bloom was so beautiful, that flower, so fun to see. The vegetable garden looks so good, can't wait to see the veggies.
Hi there Joann! Thank you for watching and I am glad you enjoyed it. It is a waiting game until the plants acclimate. Kind of scary too, lol. I will show you how the garden does in a few more weeks.
Great channel, loads of fun details about the plants. Enjoying all four parts of the tours. Now I want a cryptanthus (desert star) bromeliad. I think. Have a great day 😊.
I’m glad you are enjoying the videos. That cryptanthus is beautiful!💥
@@Hunnyplantz I think I will get one. 🪴🪴🌵🌱🌿🍃☘️🌻🌾🍄🍁🍂🌼🌹💐. Take care.

@@Hunnyplantzgive credit where credit is due. The bromeliad from the first houseplant tour that was blooming was lovely. Have a great night 🏙️🌉.
Thanks! My husband takes care of that beauty.💚
Hi, it was really satisfying seeing you hands on reporting and putting up your propagations. Sometimes it is so hard to be careful when potting plants, but we have to use those fingers, it is our best tool. Looking forward to your next video.
Yes! I love to get my hands down into the soil. I’m the same way outside. Gloves just don’t work for some things.
Another wonderful video. Question: What is the ratio of neem oil, peppermint spray and alcohol to water? Also, do you use a grow light lamp for your newly planted babies?
Thanks friend! I really don’t measure the ingredients. I do know that a little neem goes a long way. Like a cap full in 64 oz. I might use about a half cup of alcohol and enough peppermint soap to keep it all mixed.
The newly potted ones are right on the shelf receiving bright light. You could place them under grow lamps though.
Another wonderful video. Question: for your fungal spray what is the ratio of neem oil, peppermint spray and alcohol? Also, do you use grow lights for your newly planted babies?
Please keep us updated on these props. Also, please be careful soldering plastic indoors (non-ventilated area), it can be toxic. I can't wait to your chelsea make a come back. Mine cut the fool too and she's on the road to recovery now....rooted and repotted 🤞🏽
Thank you for the advice. The mother chelsea is doing so much better since I cut it. I will have to show you soon.

Hi! Great tips as usual. Regarding the tendrils pointing up or down which I heard also from expert at Unsolicited Plant Talk, I've seen hoya CZcamsrs with gorgeous hoyas and blooms with tendrils pointing down. So I don't know how accurate that is. They say it won't make blooms. I guess its just a matter of hoya type, environment, etc. Thanks for sharing! Dee, NY
Thanks Dee! I have seen plants do both also, so I think there could be more than one factor at play as well.
Yes. I understand why they say that because the tendrils climb up for support. But yes could be another factor.
