@DiabetesF great that you are working on such health tips. Definitely such videos are useful. Same goes for dental probs. Lot of it can be avoided by early diet changes as kids. Especially control of sugar. Other drink that is good at night for diabetics is millet drink. Just cook millet flour in water . Add a bit of milk

I know of a guy who was about my age and health condition (T2 diabetes). He went out after work with the guys, had 2 drinks, went home and went to bed, never woke up. Not worth the risk, however remote.

@@DiabetesF About three times a week I will have one of two things. 3 full stalks of celery or half a romaine heart. Both with homemade blue cheese dressing. Otherwise it is all fatty meat or eggs.
Thats why i love almond milk it keeps your skills healthy like con ganas like it keeps ur energy level alittle high cause of the protein but it has a really good flavor and no added sugar but i love coconut milk also cause it comes from a fruit and fruits are really goof for ur body so almonds are like nuts and coconuts but still good when its no added calories and 0% fat
