Touching its tail, of course it thinks your a predator. Sticking the phone in its face while its in defense mode. Unpack and put them in the enclosure for a few days.

Though it is pretty cool to order animals off the web, I feel like there should be a specialized mailing service. Pretty messed up to mail animals in a cardboard box with uncontrollable weather.

This is the wrong way to package reptiles. Fish, right way, but reptiles, no. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's on food for probably A few days, and a small space with little to no ventilation.
