This was before CBTC was introduced to the District line. It cannot do that now on the Hammersmith and City, District and Circle lines and parts of the Metropolitan line because CBTC is now in operation

I saw something similar to this but on London overground at Walthamstow and the train was delayed by 15 minutes so it would stop at Walthamstow Central and after run express to Chingford

The train reminds me of the 710 and 345s.
The Class 345 trains have been built first and entered service with TFL Rail later Elizabeth Line in 2017, followed by the Class 710s for London Overground in 2019, followed by Class 720s for Greater Angila in 2020 and C2C in 2023
