Awesome clear instructions. Thanks much!. My issue was not enough space around the rotor. I just wish the rear adjustment bolt was easier to get at on the Lectric bike. I had to loosen the retention bolts on the caliper to angle it to get at the bolt.

Just did this to my 3.0. Made a huge difference in my reach for the grips! My fingers would go numb and my wrists would hurt after only a mile or two. I tried everything! Hoping this helps! Thank you so much! UPDATE: found the handlebars were too close for stopping & starting, so I reversed the stem back & ordered new handlebars.

I followed the video but my handlebars flop around and won't tighten down.

very good tutorial thanks!! i have the same change system and i have a question: my shifter is not working for some reason and i need to change it, and everywhere they say before this operation to move the chain to the smallest gear. But as i said my shifter is not working and the chain is locked on the second gear from up. How can i move the chain to the smaller gear without using the shifter before replace it? Or it's not necessary and after i change the shifter the chain will drop down automatically? thanks in advance if you will answer me. Anyway i will follow your tutorial for all the regulations after the replacement of the shifter.

Can u tell me why my front tire is rubbing on my inner fork on 1 side of my lectric 2.0? The safety clip with the nut won't let me make them so it makes my tire centered..

As someone that rides the XP 2.0 long range to and from work everyday, my brakes are fed up with me atm but I feel like tightening them will give me more time before needing a full on replacement 😭

Thank you!! I'm fairly new to biking and I've been going crazy with my Rad brakes, because I obviously didn't understand the mechanics of the caliper and cable system. Your video was the first I found,.after many, that took it off and explained how each part works. I felt.like.an.idio because I used to work on jets and couldn't get me brakes adjusted. Great walk through!

if you make sure your cone wrench is not moving at all when you are tightening the lock nut then it should not back off the cone nut. When you are pulling both wrenches towards yourself to tighten it, you are actually lightly loosening the cone nut. Keep that cone wrench stationary and only tighten with the crescent wrench and then you should not have that initial play. Great comprehensive vid here, thanks for posting!

Is there any way to increase the throttle sensitive. It feel like the trottle is kickin litttle slow. If i replace with another custom throttle is it possible to make it little quicker?

Clear and concise even for somebody mechanically challenged. If there is a ticking sound as the rear wheel spins, would that have anything to do with brake adjustment?

Thank you for the video, XPeak has the same controller and it comes without manual. That's really dumb and you video is a lifesaver. Especially P10, 11 and 12 I had no idea what to do with those so thank you very much. Also the cruise control? I had no idea it existed. Gotta try it tomorrow. The only explanation I missed was P22 (Power Profile Setting, but I don't have a clue what it does and how to tweak it), but it is possible your XP doesn't have it. Will keep googling.

Thank you so much for posting this video! I followed your procedure to adjust my XP 3.0, and the fit is now SO much better. A couple of things were different (have to loosen 2 bolts below the stem to twist it around, and 4 bolts holding down the handlebars instead of 2). Now I just need to figure out if I can make the brake levers a bit closer to the handlebars so I don't have to stretch my hands so much to squeeze them.

Really appreciate your instructional videos. What kind of mount are you using for your camera when you do the disassembly? I already have the new derailleur to do that mod. My bike is a Freedare Saiga however. I'm assuming most these bikes use the same components. Will this 11/34 freewheel work on this bike as well? I checked and it's running the Shimano MF-TZ500-7 and it is 14/28. Also, the Freedare only uses 3 pedal assist modes, not five. Level 3 does get it to 28mph pretty quickly, but I get that "ghost pedal" sensation at higher speeds. Thanks again!

I understand how latches work, I'm paranoid knowing all thats keeping my Bike from folding is that little locking screw, if I'm riding rough trails and shear that pin my bike folds over a big bump or small jump, also the stem latch can shear from the same actions, I never fold my XP to transport, I'd like Lectric to make a non folding Aluminum frame XP with a drop out battery

Since when did a screw turn into a bolt?
