Just Air i’m kinda late but i’m pretty sure senior teams are around ages 12(or 11)-18 and international are age 16 and above ( some of the ages change in gyms)
Sherleen M senior open means you have to be 14 by 2020. When in international you have to be 14 by the end of 2019. And in senior open you can be any age unlike Senior which u only have til ur 18. Does that make any sense?

It means they are hitting or that they hit.
they are implying to “hit zero”. so when they hit a stunt they make a zero with their hands to hype them up.
