It is very misleading to claim that it's dead skin coming off, because it really isn't, it IS just the product. However, I do actually like this product, my skin looks nice afterwards, and there ARE some ingredients in there that exfoliate, like the pineapple enzyme.

I though it was really made with metal as it seems and the says as well :(( but once purchased and discovered the plastic material I was very disapointed an later I found out many other bad points like: making noise when charging it's very noisy when turned on the sabots are really fragile and get broken very fast after 10 minutes shaving it gets very very so then you have to wait until it cools down otherwise you burn your body

Mine is definitely broken too because it will not open like that

Does anyone know if this product is discontinued. I use it but wanted to look at getting more and cannot find it.

Is heat necessary for it to work? If so, that's a turn off for me. I want something that's quick and easy (this is used after blowdry, so why heat again?). Spray, tousle and go is what I'm looking for.
