You were talking about the crowning glory and finishing touch I’ve tried the crowning glory. Can those two sprays be used together if so which would you use first?
Beautiful! I was wondering if you also would burn end of a boutonnière to hold moisture in too ? Maybe not cuz it may get on suit or tux lol I dunno
Thank you for this! I am breathing easier now. My daughter's wedding is this September and we are doing the bouquets ourselves :)
Awesome! So happy I could be of help! Would love to see the final product. if you post on Instagram (@passifloragirl) and tag me, I can re-share! Huge congratulations to your daughter and the family. ❤️
I loved this video! Thank you so much. My brother in law's fiancé asked me to make her bridal bouquet but I am new to this and really needed this video! I love the mirror idea. Love all the details in your video. Thank you so much!
Thank you Anne! Please feel free to share the photo of the bouquet you make on Instagram. I love seeing what everyone creates! Happy creating! xx
Love the idea to have a mirror in front of you! Thank you for the real education. So many content creators these days say they’re going to teach you something, but either don’t have the skills to be able to teach you at the level you need or they gatekeep the actual content that you need to learn. So thank you for giving us real and useful information
Thanks so much for watching Katie, and for your kind words! xx
I am just getting ready this morning to make a bouquet for my friend's daughter in a loose garden style - and your video was perfect to give me the confidence I need to work on this project! Please keep making your videos! You are an excellent instructor and I will watch ALL of your videos!

Hi there. Do you think if I bought flowers on a Thursday, they would still be fresh by Saturday? Should I keep them in water after assembly? Thanks! I'm a newb to flowers. Thanks!
Hi Candice! As long as you keep the florals in a cool, dark spot you should be fine to receive them on Thursday. Yes, always keep them in water after assembling. Good luck flowering!
How do you keep the florals from wilting ??
Hello Abigail! Normally I would use hardier florals/greenery, water picks, and lots of intermittent spritzing.
how long would you make this before an event? I wouod be worried about the stems dying!
Hi Hannah! Yes, I make this hours before the event. In a normal setting we would use water picks and/or oasis, and if hot, plenty of spritzing!
good use of foliage - interestingly these colours are now becoming our most asked for at FLORAL and WILLOW designs .
Thank you! That is interesting on the colors. You can't go wrong with neutral tones. :)
Does it matter if the candle is scented ?
Nope!
How do you not use foam and keep it from dying . I even try crowning glory and stuff still dies 😢 I mean this one looks dried but on greenery flowers etc
Hi Karen, I start out with the hardiest, toughest greens possible, and then go with florals that are also not super delicate. Lots and lots of spritzing, and water picks if needed.
I’d love to see you make a very simple fall wedding arch design . I am trying to learn how as our daughter’s wedding is coming up. It’s hard to know which flowers to use . We almost are thinking use mostly greenery with hints of orange and her other colors are blue and cream. Everything I try seems to wilt lol we love the seeded eucalyptus not sure it’s available in California in September. 😂also there will be tons of cedar there as she is getting married in the mountains on a ridge filled with cedar ..we want / are going to do simple vintage bud vases on tables and simple kinda boho vintage .
That sounds lovely. Wishing you the very best! You can't go wrong with plenty of greenery in a forest setting.
You have a wonderful gift . Thank you so much for sharing with us ..
Thank you so very much! And thank you for watching! xx
Beautiful! Any idea of what to use in July? The wedding colors are multicolor light pastels with main colors sage and light rose.
Hello Jeanine! I would use some soft pastel roses, stock, hydrangea, lisianthus and plenty of hardy greenery such as italian ruscus. Spritz spritz spritz!
how long in advance can you make something like this? how long doe the flowers stay fresh?
Hello! We always do our installations as close to the event as possible. So, if a wedding is at 5pm, we would have our installation completed by 3:30pm. We water pick our florals and spritz them with water to keep them fresh. :)
This VIDEO was made in 2018?.. I just came across it. ENJOYED it and it's now 2024,.. 😅Anyhow, I truly appreciated the TIPS that you Shared. So so happy that this helped you out Mary! Keep flowering!
This was so incredibly helpful thank you
Ahh, thank you for the feedback! So happy to help. Happy flowering! xx
What could be used for summer?
It's a March blooming branch for us, so I would recommend faux for summer use!
Just another thought, you could use some faux forsythia and combine with other things like yellow carnations (yes, I do like carnations!). Yellow oncidium would also be a lovely addition.
You make it look so easy . I wish it was lol
Keep practicing! xxoo
Glad you're back. Keep posting!
Thank you! Me too! Already planning the next one. :)
Beautiful arrangement!!!!!
Thanks so much!!!

This is gorgeous!! 😍
Thanks so much Andrea! xx
I love your videos . I am trying to learn as my daughter is getting married in September. We live in California. Any suggestions what flowers would be good she wants rust and blue . Last bouquet I used delphiniums and chamomile some mums which I didn’t love she wants a whimsical bouquet ? Also the delphiniums wilted overnight . How do keep that from happening ? Thanks again for sharing your beautiful talent with us ..
Thank you so much for watching! I love the delphinium idea can camomile, with some sahara series rudbeckia maybe? And maybe a Barista rose? Best of luck on the florals for your daughter..what a gift!
Beautiful and great tutorial ❤
Thank you Teresa!
So beautiful! Trying to make one for myself just for fun! I’m already married so 😂🫣🫶🏽
Fun! Hope it went well! xxoo

Pretty table setting and great instruction. (P.S. I live in Coastal SC and we have moss like you used. 😉)
Thank you! And, you have a lot of other gorgeous things at your fingertips. I LOVE the low country so much. Enjoy!
Very Classic& Romantic!
Thank you so much! xx
How much will you spend on flowers and it will be helpful if you put a list of flower types and materials if possible?
For this bouquet I spent $50 on flowers. You will notice that I discuss flower types when picking out the florals in the video, and you will need floral tape, snips, and ribbon! Best wishes!
Beautiful!!
Thank you so much!
can you tell me where you purchased the ribbon.
Hello Julie! I love the silk ribbon that I purchase from www.thelesserbear.com/ . Enjoy!
Gorgeous!!!!
Thank you!!
Hermoso, gracias por compartirlo
Gracias por ver!
This is amazing! What is the name of the greenery you have used please? ☺️
Thank you so much! Italian ruscus, baby eucalyptus and porcelain vine.
This is amazing! What is the name of the greenery you have used please? ☺️
Thank you! I used Gunni eucalyptus and porcelain berry vine.
I enjoy and learn a lot from this video
Thanks for watching, and happy that you enjoyed it!
Beautiful color
Beautiful bouquet! Please can you advise how many of each flower and greenery you used please
Hi! Thank you! I usually use 7-9 stems of greenery and 15-20 blooms.
Your tutorial videos are amazing. So helpful and I love how much detail you go into. I am hoping to make my own wedding bouquets for my February wedding. How many days before would you recommend doing this? To have the flowers still fresh :) thank you!
Thank you so much! I always like to do the bouquets the day before, if possible. Best wishes! xx
All I can say is fabulous!!!
Thank you so much!
Love this! Would you recommend making the bouquet a day before the wedding, or would the flowers last a few days after being cut short (assuming you put them in water and do the ribbon later)? This video is juat what I was looking for!
Hi! I always make the bouquet the day before as to keep it as fresh as possible. The best case scenario would be to make it the day before, keep the stems a little longer, and give a fresh, final cut the morning of, and then apply the ribbon. Best of luck! xx
Where do you get your flowers?
Hello Suri! I get them from suppliers in Cleveland, Columbus, NY and locally.
I have to say from all of the tutorial videos I’ve seen on CZcams .. this is by far my favourite as you’ve used flowers than others wouldn’t use otherwise! Everyone sticks to the same usual roses and eucalyptus but you’ve shown that you can use so many varieties from just your back garden If only you could preserve this .. it is a shame that flowers don’t stay fresh for long
What a sweet message! Thank you so much for your kind words. Enjoy!
@@PassifloraStudio you’re welcome ❤️ ❤️🌹
