Para que estudiar y entrenar, variados golpes, y defensas, si cuando hacen fullcontact no se utilizan. Se dan golpes de puño en el tronco y patadas bajas, y de que sirvieron las tediosas katas . Después de muchos años entendí que era conveniente el box con patadas bajas y medianas, más jiujitsu. Tenemos todo, y agregar pesas para real potencia.

i remember my mom messing up my gee uniform turned it yellow from bleach i went to his class embarrassed cause my uniform was yellow and everyone elses was yellow i was 11 years old about to leave the dojo. Shigeru Oyama told me not to be embarrassed made me go back into the dojo .. i thank that man for teaching me who cares just do it .. RiP TEACHER OSU !!

the instruction are in french and he write fight 1 and fight 2 but it`s more round 1 and round 2, cedric past out for a good 30 sec. and exit the ``ring`` with the paramedic on a stretcher, bleeding from the inner lips, lost short time memory..... It was a good one!!

You must be in one of these "easy grade" Karate groups. After training hard for 7 years (three times a week) I'm only just black belt 1st dan... If you do get to black belt PLEASE for your own sake don't give up on it. I've known people who've trained for 2 years, got black belt, got into a fight and they've totally ruined people's reputation for Karate because it makes people think "really? A black belt was that weak?"
