I don't buy bread anymore! Without oven, Incredibly good!
New perfect recipe for quick bread without an oven. I prepare it in 5 minutes. Bread without milk and eggs. Just cook the bread in a pan for 15 minutes per side and you will never buy bread anymore. The incredibly good result.
Cooking time in the pan: 15 minutes per side
Pan size: 28 cm
Ingrediants
400 g of flour (3 + 1/20 cup)
7 g of dry yeast
230 ml of water (4/5 cup)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar

My oven broke :-(
But I made the bread in the pan anyway
It worked out very well
Here is the recipe
In a bowl I put: 400 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
7 gr of yeast
Pour warm water slowly
And mix
Knead with your hands
It is not difficult is it?
In the bowl I put the oil
Let it rise for an hour and a half
In the oven with the light on
I form a ball
Put oil in the pan
Put the dough in the pan
And cover
Leave to rise for 30 minutes
Grease the pan with oil
Grease a dish with oil
Turn on the flame
Put on the flame diffuser
Heat the pan with a lid
Cook for 15 minutes on each side
Cover with a lid
Turn with the plate
It turned out great!
I will not buy bread anymore
Without oven!
I let it cool on a grill
What a delight!
