Purchased the new coiltek 10x5 extreme today, and decided to give it a run on the way home through creswick, Lucy actually scored 2 nuggets in several hours. We have the 11" round on order, so it will be interesting to do a comparison.

Large pyrocumulonimbus clouds have formed over a series of bushfires at the Bunyip State forest 02/03/19. The fires started due to a dry lightning storm on the 01/03/19. I think the standard coil would have got it better, that threshhold is high. Not a fan of air tests but cheers for showing.

Big fires make their own weather patterns as is clearly seen in this video.
I noticed that huge solid plume from Silvan on the way to Emerald. From my perspective I had clear view all the way down to the ground except there were large dark storm clouds closing in underneath which confused me but below that was the telltale wispy smoke to the ground that told me it was a bush fire. A spectacular combination of atmospheric events. Nice time lapse.
