Cauliflower Buffalo Tacos & Summer Spritz Cocktails | Pescatarian Friendly Meals | Bites & Bevs
Cauliflower Buffalo Tacos Ingredients
Scallions
Cauliflower Florets
Coleslaw Mix
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
5 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
Tempura Batter
Frank's Seasoning Blend
Flour Tortillas
Step 1
Wash, dry, and cut produce.
Step 2
Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, 11⁄2 tsp vinegar, 1⁄4 tsp sugar (1⁄2 tsp for 4), and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine scallion whites, Frank’s hot sauce, hot sauce, 1 TBSP water, a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
In a separate bowl whisk together tempura mix, Frank’s Seasoning, 1⁄4 cup water. Stir in cauliflower until fully coated.
Step 5
Fry coated cauliflower until golden brown and crisp.
Summer Spritz Ingredients
Tequila
Tropical Fruit Punch
Seltzer (Ginger Ale as a sub)

How did you put them up?
It was a really easy install - I just propped them up and slid/straightened them into place since they were already cut to measurements. I used a measuring tape to make sure they were lined up evenly

Nice apartment. Suggestions : Use toiletries organizers for the bathroom counter, and storages for the laundry closet. Also, have a two- color scheme for the bathroom .
