Akumal Monkey Sanctuary, Platinum Yucatan Princess Resort: Part 3
The Platinum Yucatan Princess Resort organised this trip to the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary. At the end of the vlog are the restaurants available on the resort - Mexican, Italian and Asian food.
Welcome to part 3 in Mexico where we will be travelling from the Yucatan Princess Palace resort to the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary.
On this trip I have documented key parts of the trip which consisted of the underground cave and meeting the animals that have been rescued. We were able to also ride on the ATV and take pictures holding a monkey, snake and parrot. It was definitely an experience that I will never forget and knowing that some of these animals will be released back into the wild was amazing to contribute to.
The staff really did a great job at explaining the reasons the animals were rescued and why some are unable to be realised back into the wild.

Yes. You can use the facilities from 9am.
What room number was this ?
We had the Deluxe swim-out suite, but I can't remember the room number. We weren't able to choose that online- it was what was available and we were at the end of that section away from the busy parts of the Resort.

Those 99 stairs are on the island to the church, not the castle. It's almost triple the amount to go to the castle.
We were definitely not counting 🤣😂 that's probably why I was out of breath.
