    Please accept my constructive feedback, as a ccaas consultant i find this a liitle biased, from ojective standpoint genesys has been the leader because of the capabilities, the only thing they are lacking is social media listening and ticketing system which are addons from their store. I see cisco coming back in the picture in 2026 but by that time sprinklr is catching up as ccaas , basing the solution on ozonetel is not scalable and sprinklr assured us they are making their own. Gartner reports have good feedback for ccaas players and genesys and Nice have small downsides.

    Great content! We've tried Zoom and switched to Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX, which is not so popular but very cost-effective with decent support.

E.g. with Zoom, it provides a video file including the full audio but it also provides the individual audio tracks separately which allows more control during the editing process of a podcast.       @@danecampbell639 official response from our Engineers: No native way to have the audio separate from the rest of the recording. Suggest using free tools like this to extract the audio (.mp3) from the native .mp4 file format of the recording. clideo.com/resources/how-to-extract-audio-from-mp4

    Thanks for the video! I am currently using OpenPhone and really just need one line but looking for a tool that is growth-friendly. It seems that Zoom Phone is a good choice for all sizes!
