Hi just done my insignia all lights worked then the next day turned ignition on and nothing (no needles moving and no lights) looks like a loose connection as keeps flickering on and off. Have you come across this before, is the wiring loom common problem?
Its hard to diagnose an issue without seeing the actual PCB and soldering etc but if your still stuck pop me some images over to michael@crazyleds.co.uk I will help best I can

Hi Michael, Thanks for posting this. You make it look so easy - but I know it isn't. To anyone else reading this, I highly recommend Crazy LEDs service. Thanks to Crazy LEDs I saved over £350 on my Audi A8 D3 tail light repair, which of course was essential to pass an MOT. Audi main dealer wanted £420 inc VAT for a new one. Michael fixed mine as good as new for under £70! ***** 5 Star service - It's a no-brainer.

Nice , so if I wanted to do all of the clocks purple like video including middle section is that possible without blanking off . Also switches and clock in centre of dash
You can fit a 1206 across the mileage + and - or fit a PLCC2 and blank a contact off

Hello Test LED in question on board with 1.8v or 3v power source depending on colour. If LEDs are working, then I would say polarity issue.
Whats the equipment called that you are using to supply power for testing.
Its an old Farnell stabilised power supply L30-1

Hello, your videos are very good although I don't know much English 😅. What temperature do you usually set the soldering station to? , all the best
I use a Metcal MX500 smart heat system mainly, I use a 180 deg LMP solder with lead content and flux paste and usually aim for 250-320 deg depending on how badly the PCB in question soaks heat.
Do u change and fit these by any chance want mine doin 😂👍

Will this work on the face-lift dail? The blue light doesn't shine through the numbers.
