Hello, Nick. I'm real sorry to bring something like this here as it's been a real, troubled day for me (and still feeling a heavy burden upon me, now). Since the day before yesterday. I had to spend one, last time with my pet cat, Jasmine, before me and my parents had to take her to the vet to finally put her down. T _T She was pretty old and she had some difficulties with her movement and her self-awareness. She can still eat and sometimes wants food, but her breathing was heavy as her nose was pretty stuffed. She could only rest like sleep on the solid floor and sometimes she had a hard time, making it to the litter-box as she had a few accidents on floor that I had to clean up. My mother and I been giving her Sub-Q to help keep her hydrated, while going as best as she could, before her conditions got critical like recently. We got report from the female vets about Jasmine's conditions of her kidneys being abnormal sizes (one being big while the other being small), but it turns out that she had cancer, even why she couldn't see well or it also turns out that her blood pressure was high. We couldn't afford to have her completely checked like X-ray, blood-work, examination, etc. because of the cost and the expenses. Not to mention the cost with the medicines, Sub-Q, etc. for older cats given by another pet hospital. Plus paying for the cat food, litter and other stuff we needed (toilet papers paper towels, water bottles, food, etc.). ...freakin' expenses.... *deep sigh* Just as we spend our final moment petting her, saying sweet things to her and tried to help relax her, before we signal the vet to give her the injection to permanently put her to sleep. At least it was quick and painless and her pain as well as her misery can finally be put to rest. 👌😭 It was heartbreaking for my parents, but pretty much more to me as she was the only female cat existed as a part of the family and she used to be by my side and also supported me when I was feeling down or lonely. We lost two of the other ones with their health conditions in the past and also had to put an end to their own suffering and misery. 😢 We had two male cats as one lived short and the other lived longer, but sadly died of his cancerous condition (should've taken him to the vet and put him to sleep when we had the chance, because we had no idea where he was until my sister have found him. Poor guy... T T ____ T T). We only have one male cat left and he's still around. Just really hope that he'll be lucky enough to survive and live as naturally best as possible, since others have only lived as best as they could and my parents and done our best to take care of them before they reached their critical phases to where we have to say goodbye to each one. *deep sniffle* If perhaps, when the time is right to get another cat (a female one for him), because he really needs the kind of love and support and if having enough money to help take care of them both. He deserves a chance and a moment of happiness and solace. Been thinking of making commentary video as a dedicated memory to her, but I don’t know if that’ll help me in some way as the painful flashback memories, the bittersweet piano, guitar & melodic music that keeps playing in my head as still struggling with grief over the losses and don’t really know how to move on as to help get over it? So in short, it feels that I’m in an emotional slump state and I’m still having troubling getting over these guys as they meant a lot and trying to get another who may not share the same kind of characteristics and charm as the previous and current is what makes it hard to replaced. It’s the same thing if you’re a dog or a fish or a bird or a hamster even any other pet animal person and have grown closely attached to your pets, then being attached to people (and does that seem sad in a way?). Real sorry that this has no relevance or any point for this video or the subject for this matter, but I'm grateful for videos like these that can help ease some pain and relieve from drowning in deep depression over the unpleasant circumstances we all have to face, while living on this planet. 👍😥
