Shad Man Tote Tank Setup Overview at Striper Soup!

You can set this tank up in an hour or less and have it fish-ready. Grab your saw and drill! Come see me on Facebook for lots of great info and bait entertainment.
I have owned an original 50 gallon Creekbank tank for well over 13 years, use it for shad striper fishing. I wouldn't care to have any other bait tank, it has worked flawless.
Since it appears to be hollow and uninsured, I'd drill 1/8" skimmer holes at the waterline in a couple spots to siphon off the floating gnats if I had one of my own.
The bugs and debris would bypass the filter, the water goes through floor drains up standpipes to filter
What tank is the best in your opinion
Great review of the creek bait tank!
Don't you have some type of media in top boxes or you just showing working parts??
Very cool!
Great review.
Bad ass review Shad Man. 👍👍🍺🍺
What a great design tank.
Finally a real fishermen doing what we do best
thats awesome
Can I have a list of parts you use to make the tank?. Thanks
If you put filter media in the basket it will filter more.
I use dental floss, very limp so tag ends do not catch on the net anywhere.
dude, how you built the filters into the top is brilliant. gave me a cool idea on how to do something with a chest freezer tank im designing.
Sweet set up
I also was wondering about a bio filter?
When you say low quantity, how many you think you can safely put in there?
100 x 6 inch gizzard shad shouldn't be a problem in 70 degree water. 1/2 oz per gallon of salt. Use Shad Crack from Striper Soup when you catch your bait, it helps condition and calm them.
What about filters?
Do u use them do u recommend them ? And also what adding other Bait fish with the shad like creek shubs
Thanks for the video
