Switching Between Roller and Sheer Mode for a Bliss Motor
When programming a Bliss motor, there are two options which controls how the remote control operates the shade. Sheer mode allows for incremental adjustments of a sheer or banded shade. Roller mode is designed for roller shades that do not need intermediary stops and faster operation where the position of the stopped shade does not matter.

This is a quick video to find the timer settings on the Lieca Disto. First, we want to make sure the measurements are set to the nearest 1/8" of an inch. Don't forget to the extend the backside of the laser so that you can measure in the window properly! The measurement will be taken from the end of the extension.
Somfy Ultra 30 Charging

This Somfy Ultra 30 motor is often found on roller shades, but can be used for roman shades, woven shades, sheer shades, or layered shades as well. The charger indicator light will turn red when the battery is dead, amber, and then green when there is a 100% charge.

Charging Shades with Metal Fascia

Metal fascia is a great choice to cover a roller shade and give a clean finished look. It is not the easiest charging option because the bottom side of the fascia can cover the motor head. Leaving an 8" extension plugged in is an option for easier access, but this cord can get caught in the roll and cause fraying and issues rolling up.
