How can I convert this to natural gas grill? I called a guy who does gas work and he says it is not dual and there is nothing written as dual so he can’t connect to natural gas. Although I ordered the natural gas converter kit recommended by chat broil customer care. Any videos or documentation on conversion to natural gas would be very helpful

8 year owner here. The grates are a nightmare to clean, there are still occasional flare ups and the enamel chips off the grates over time. Everything else is great.

Char broil grills are good grills but one of the things they did that irritated me was not all parts were stainless. I bought a four burner performance grill of theirs back in 2019. I still own it and it still works fine but the side and front panels as well as the casters have all rusted considerably because they were not made out of stainless steel. Why not make the whole thing out of stainless? It doesn’t make sense to make 80% of the grill out of stainless and the rest out of carbon steel that you know is going to rust. I like my grill and it does just fine, but that’s one of the things I can’t understand. I would have rather paid a few extra dollars to have it ALL stainless! I plan on keeping mine a long time, but if it eventually rusts to the point of where I have to buy another one I might not be so quick to pull my wallet out and get another char broil grill.

Tried. Didn't work. Found blue corrosion on one of the connectors and ports on the ignitor. :( 😢guess I'm spending money

I cannot find the replacement head for the Premium Brush. Any suggestions. Char Broil web site no help.

How can i find out to install it? It didn't come with any instructions

Thank you! I just cut a spare rib, and it was pretty easy (other than getting the membrane off). This is a great skill to have since spare ribs often go on loss leader sales in my area!

I'm having this problem now for the first time in my life and I've used propane grills for many years now. I suspected it was something to do with the regulator, but didn't know what. I was planning on buying a new one, but will give this a try first. My grill can only reach about 300 degrees and won't go much higher.

Mine just started making a humming noise. The temp is 102F so assume it’s due to a high temp.

Legs up breast down could be better. The big easy gets cooler twards the bottom and since the dark meat can take more heat,and you may want to suff the bird. Upside down seems the way. Ohhhh. And rigging something up so that it hangs in the big easy (no basket)

UNBELIEVABLE that instructions for asssembly are nowhere to be found. The grill is in pieces on the patio and have no idea where all those screws are. A simple paper or an on-line one on your website and I would be able to use the grill. 😠

I was skeptical but tried this and it worked, so it saved me buying a new grill when I thought mine was too old to be any good anymore

Grates became rusted after 1 season, the temps flares up to over 400.. so we have to turn the knobs to low. Difficulty to keep a certain temp. Very disappointed

How do you recommend cleaing the grates? I don't want do damage the porcelain coating.

This is the best trim job ive ever seen. And ive seen ALOT. I LIKE the way he got between the point and flat without totally separating them

Best brisket i ever had i did it hot 350 degrees and fast 7 hours. Didnt trim at all fatside down on a bullet style smoker. Alot of that fat melt away and dripped onto hot coals, i believe thats what gave it that great taste

Didn’t work for me, tru grill with the side burner, new tank, trickles. Does this sound like the regulator is bad?

Just bought this smoker and it only comes with Spanish instructions need to find a video on how to assemble can anyone help

BS! POS! First one didn't work, replacement one only worked a few times. Now, barely a year old the gas won't flow. Probably the cheap regulator or burner knob assembly. Horrible product!
