I am really happy that this time I was able to have a clear view and an awesome feeling that left me in awe!! I think I had best of both the seasons, last December it wasn’t a good view but the experience of fog rushing close to the ground and then clear view until 10-15 meter and then fog again was also a surreal experience. I think this volcano holds a very dear place in my heart! I will try Ijen next time, planning to visit some other places in December. I can’t disagree with what you are sharing, it is such a peaceful and out of the world experience! After visiting this volcano, I feel there is so much more meaning to life that can’t be experienced in day today life. Sometimes you find peace in places where you will never expect it, this is the beauty of mother Earth!
