    The biggest tip for slimming and loosing weight is WILLPOWER!! if your gonna walk in the kitchen and reach for the biscuits and give in after 2 days then you won’t loose weight simple as ! Either you want to loose weight or you don’t ,if you do then you will walk away from those biscuits . If you do have a naughty day then willpower makes you get straight back on it the next day. You have to be in the right frame of mind and zone let’s say and determined to loose weight or it just won’t work ,so willpower all the way knowing you can do it and won’t reach for the naughty treats or reach for the not so naughty treats instead of something huge in calories . Well done on your loss of 6lbs .willpower is REALLY wanting to loose weight and sticking to being good and exercise and not giving in as everyone can do it if you put your mind to it and want to reach that goal .

    Iv just found your vlogs iv been calorie counting for about 4 Months iv lost 1 stone 9 pounds im stuck now iv read that im plastering and got to keep going which im going to do i eat low calorie foods but if i would like something that is higher i pull back the next day to stay in deficit for the week 😊😊

    Amen! Even slimming world is a calorie reducing diet just dumbed down into syns and different food groups, and if people are reducing their calories they will lose weight whichever nonsense they are following.       Thank you lovely. All depends on your deficit. But for me I have about 300 for breakfast, 400 for lunch & 600 dinner. Then anything left can be for drinks, snacks, fruit etc xx

    So true that you have to do something that is long term and sustainable to lose weight successfully. I have lost a stone and a half since November and am now maintaining my weight by being sensible about food but still enjoying my life .

    Well done on your loss hun. I’m exactly the same as you with the yo-yo diets etc. You can spend so much time stressing about what you can and can’t have.     I’m only 5 minutes in and already I’m so happy you are back I found this mind set 18 months ago and it’s been such a change. I haven’t lost massive amounts of weight, because I’m not great at tracking . However the biggest change has been not regaining all the weight I have lost. Which like you I always did before with an extra stone added on. I’m happy with losing the weight slowly but keeping it off. Putting all those guilty feelings around food far behind me. Well done you for not giving up and doing what you want to do regardless of what others might say x x

    You have just given very sound and logical advice. It is so true. I calorie count as opposed to all the diets and plans I too have tried. It is absolutely a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. You have to live your life. I am a 71 year old so I have done many of those diets. Calorie counting is the best way to go so you can enjoy events. Your friend across the pond.

    So your calorie counting again? Not slimming world? I can't do calorie counting as I'm always comparing it to slimming world, I know I have always got free food to fall back on when I'm extra hungry, once the calories have gone that's it.
